There are two ways to get moving boxes and packing supplies through us: a) pick them up from our warehouse, or b) have us bring them to your house. Our warehouse has indoor parking, which is convenient on rainy days. Both ways require an appointment.
Because of the travel time and fuel involved in bringing the moving supplies to your house, we have a minimum order size of $100 for home deliveries. If we come to you and you buy less than $100 worth of moving supplies, you will still be charged $100. If you come to our warehouse, there is no minimum charge. The average size order is around $250 dollars for a typical 3 bedroom house.
Our mobile warehouses and our stationary warehouse are all stocked with new moving boxes, used moving boxes, packing paper, tape, markers, plastic stretch wrap, mattress covers, cloth and paper moving pads, and a variety of other supplies to help your move go as smoothly as possible. Call us and schedule an appointment. If you decide to take advantage of our convenient, free delivery service, one of our Moving and Packing Specialists will bring a full inventory of new and used moving boxes and moving supplies to your home or office. The specialist will walk through your location with you and prepare an inventory list of the supplies you will most-likely need for your move. You are free to buy as few or as many boxes as you want, and if you accidentally buy too many new boxes, we'll buy them back from you! Standard Delivery is always free within the San Antonio area, but we also offer a Premium Delivery service for an additional $25. See the charts below for a detailed comparison. Same-day delivery service is often available.
Pack your boxes for your move. Give yourself plenty of time for this step. If you need professional packing service, we can also help you with that. Call us at any point in the packing process for advice and tips.
Once you are finished with the moving boxes and you have them flattened, we'll get them out of your way by picking up the boxes and supplies at no additional charge (as long as you meet our pick-up service requirements). We'll also refund any new moving boxes and packing supplies that you did not use, as long as they did not get damaged while you had them. If you would prefer to recoup some of the money that you spent on the moving boxes, you can bring them back to our warehouse (by appointment), where you will receive money for the used boxes that are reusable, as well as full refunds for the new boxes and new supplies that you did not use.
